Pa. Commonwealth Court To Rehear Grand Jury Secrecy Case

Law360, Philadelphia (February 27, 2014, 2:11 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court said Thursday that it would rehear a case over whether client identities in the state Senate's legal billing records are entitled to protection under federal grand jury secrecy rules, which initially went in favor of a reporter.
