Bumble Bee Faces Failure-To-Warn Suit Over Mercury In Tuna

Law360, Chicago (February 27, 2014, 6:18 PM EST) -- Bumble Bee Foods LLC must go to trial to defend against a New York man’s claims that he developed mercury poisoning after eating the company’s tuna daily as part of a bodybuilding regimen, a federal judge said Thursday in denying the company’s bid for summary judgment.
