Fla. Justices Rule On Limits For Defendant Status Changes

Law360, Miami (February 28, 2014, 4:18 PM EST) -- Florida's highest court on Thursday cleared up a conflict on the “relate-back doctrine,” ruling that an amended complaint naming a third-party defendant as a party defendant relates back to the filing of the third-party complaint for statute of limitation purposes.
