Santaris Can't Skirt Infringement Claim In Isis Patent Row

Law360, Los Angeles (February 27, 2014, 8:24 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday refused to let Santaris Pharma A/S Corp. off the hook in Isis Pharmaceuticals Inc.'s infringement suit accusing Santaris of leveraging Isis' patented drug discovery development platform to sign multimillion-dollar development deals, saying Santaris isn’t protected by a safe harbor statute.
