Sprague Urges Inquiry Of Pa. Court's Delay On Libel Appeal

Law360, Philadelphia (February 28, 2014, 3:59 PM EST) -- An attorney for two ex-county commissioners suing The Scranton Times for libel urged the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday to order an inquiry into whether a lower court’s 13-month delay in deciding an appeal violated state judicial rules.
