DC Circ. Won't Disturb FCC's Handset Ruling Against Carriers

Law360, Los Angeles (February 28, 2014, 4:14 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday refused to vacate a Federal Communications Commission ruling that required three small wireless carriers to provide hearing aid-compatible handsets to their customers, saying the agency wasn't obligated to waive liability for their tardy compliance.
