Retailers Urge Justices To Hear Family Dollar Pay Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 28, 2014, 7:02 PM EST) -- The Retail Litigation Center Inc. urged the nation's highest court Thursday to hear Family Dollar Stores Inc.'s challenge to a Fourth Circuit decision reviving a putative pay discrimination class action, claiming the appeals court's ruling heightened the uncertainty and risks faced by class-action defendants.
