Icahn Demands EBay Books As Director Denies Duty Breach

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 11:58 AM EST) -- Carl Icahn on Monday called for an inspection of eBay Inc.'s books and records to address alleged conflicts of interest concerning some of the online auction house's board members, including one who came out firing against the activist investor to sharply deny any wrongdoing.
