Sens. Push ACA Tax Credit Extension For Small Businesses
Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 3:31 PM EST) -- U.S. Democratic senators introduced legislation on Friday that would attempt to make health care more affordable for small business owners by, among other things, improving access to small business health care tax credits and making the credits available for longer.
The Small Business Tax Credits Accessibility Act, brought forth on Friday by U.S. Senator Mark Begich, D-Alaska, aims to improve upon the Affordable Care Act and make health care more accessible by expanding tax credits to small businesses in order to ensure they are able to "compete and grow."
