Hoboken Official Sues City Over Redacted Legal Bills

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 5:23 PM EST) -- A Hoboken, N.J., councilwoman recently filed a lawsuit accusing the city of breaching the state's public records law by allegedly overredacting legal bills from a politically connected law firm where a fellow member of the governing body is a partner.
