Sen. Wants Litigation Info In Fed. Contractor Databases

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 7:56 PM EST) -- Senator Claire McCaskill, D-Mo., said on Thursday that she wants more litigation information included in federal contractor databases, saying that better records of lawsuits and settlements will help ensure that the government has the best information available when deciding which companies to do business with.
