E&Y Adds IRS Atty To Lead Personal Finance Unit

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 3:17 PM EST) -- Ernst & Young LLC announced this week that it has added a former tax attorney from the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel to head up the accounting firm's personal financial services unit in Washington, D.C.

David H. Kirk, who had been with the IRS since 2008, will serve as executive director in E&Y's Personal Financial Services practice. He brings to the firm extensive experience in public and private practice, having also made previous stops at Deloitte Tax LLP and Arnold & Porter LLP....
