ETP Scores $319M Verdict In Pipeline Deal Breach Case

Law360, Dallas (March 4, 2014, 4:05 PM EST) -- A Dallas jury on Tuesday found Enterprise Products Partners LP liable for more than $319 million in damages for its breach of a partnership agreement with Energy Transfer Partners LP to build a crude oil pipeline when it teamed up with a rival instead to build a similar line.
