Fat Loss Pill Maker Defeats Cert. Bid In False Ad Suit

Law360, New York (March 3, 2014, 2:22 PM EST) -- A Florida federal judge on Monday denied class certification in a lawsuit alleging the fat-burning claims made by Vital Pharmaceuticals Inc. for its VPX Meltdown Fat Incinerator dietary supplement are false and misleading, saying the proposed classes are too unwieldy.
