Mormon Church Loses Fight Over UK Temple Tax

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 1:12 PM EST) -- The European Court of Human Rights on Tuesday said the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints must pay property taxes on a massive temple in the United Kingdom, ruling the property tax rules do not violate the church's freedom of religion.
