Pepper Hamilton Seeks Stay In Union Boss' Malpractice Row

Law360, Philadelphia (March 4, 2014, 1:35 PM EST) -- Pepper Hamilton LLP has asked for a stay in a legal malpractice suit brought by a Philadelphia union leader John Dougherty, following an appeals court ruling that said the firm could not represent the Philadelphia Inquirer in an underlying defamation suit.
