VirnetX Wins Ongoing Royalty In $368M Apple Patent Suit

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:46 PM EST) -- VirnetX Inc. said Monday that a Texas judge had ordered Apple Inc. to pay it an ongoing royalty on top of $368 million in previously awarded damages for infringing VirnetX's network security patents.
