8th Circ. Sides With FAA In Row Over Jammed-Gear Flight

Law360, Los Angeles (March 4, 2014, 4:43 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit on Tuesday refused to review a ruling that GoJet Airlines LLC violated federal laws when it sent a plane into the sky with jammed landing gear, saying the Federal Aviation Administration hadn’t arbitrarily punished the airline for its transgression.
