EU Regulators Finalize Banker Bonus Limit Rules

Law360, Washington (March 4, 2014, 8:04 PM EST) -- The European Commission on Tuesday finalized its standards for identifying bank and other financial institution employees whose work poses a potential material risk to their employers and who will be subject to caps on their bonus pay to limit undue risk-taking.
