Inquirer Owners Ask Pa. Justices To Stay Out Of Dissolution

Law360, New York (March 4, 2014, 7:40 PM EST) -- The majority owners of the Philadelphia Inquirer's parent company urged the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Tuesday not to decide whether the company's dissolution should proceed in state court in Pennsylvania or Delaware, saying the matter was not of public importance.
