Bipolar Attorney's ERISA Suit Not Ripe For Judgment

Law360, New York (March 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has reversed a partial summary judgment grant in favor of a former Fannie Mae lawyer who claimed her bipolar disorder was a physical illness that allowed her to receive disability benefits past the two-year limit for mental illness.
