Court Overturns Class Certifications In Car Maker MDL

Law360, New York (March 28, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- An appeals court has overturned the class certification of two class groups, one for injunctive relief and another for damages, in multidistrict litigation that alleges a number of automakers colluded to keep cheaper Canadian cars out of the United States.
