Middleman In Galleon Scheme Sues Law Firm For Malpractice

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2014, 10:15 PM EST) -- An attorney who was sentenced to three years in prison for passing insider trading tips to former Galleon Group LLC trader Zvi Goffer hit his former counsel at Hoffman & Pollok LLP with a malpractice lawsuit in New York state court on Tuesday, saying the firm wouldn’t arbitrate a fee dispute.
