Ill. AG Again Targets Koch Unit Over Refinery Pollution

Law360, Chicago (March 5, 2014, 1:02 PM EST) -- Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan sued a Koch Industries Inc. unit on Tuesday for allegedly allowing refinery byproducts to pollute the Calumet River from its storage facility in Chicago, marking the second time she has targeted the company for environmental violations in six months.
