Google On Defensive In Online-Shopping IP Suit At Fed. Circ.

Law360, Washington (March 5, 2014, 4:57 PM EST) -- Judges on a Federal Circuit panel appeared willing to reverse a decision freeing Google Inc. from allegations that it infringed buySAFE Inc.'s software patents proving guarantees of transactions, saying on Wednesday that the patent's methods seemed sufficiently concrete for eligibility.
