Bazaarvoice Slams DOJ's Proposed Remedies For Merger

Law360, New York (March 5, 2014, 8:24 PM EST) -- Ordered to divest a rival's assets that it acquired through a deal antitrust regulators have branded illegal, online ratings platform maker Bazaarvoice Inc. on Tuesday blasted the government's proposal for making the soon-to-be-divested company a viable competitor, saying it was punitive and went too far.
