Calif. Lawmaker Sues State To Reinstate Health Plans

Law360, Los Angeles (March 5, 2014, 8:47 PM EST) -- A California state senator on Tuesday sued the California Health Benefit Exchange, alleging the agency violated federal and state law by forcing insurers to cancel existing plans that don't meet the requirements of the Affordable Care Act, according to a complaint filed in state court.
