GAO To Probe State Health Exchange Rollout

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 2:26 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office on Wednesday agreed to review state health exchange websites as a part of its broader investigation of problems related to last fall’s HealthCare.gov rollout.

Rep. Greg Walden, R-Ore., who wrote to the GAO in February along with other Republican leaders in the House Energy and Commerce Committee, said the GAO had accepted his request to review Cover Oregon, the state’s troubled health exchange.
