Seat Belt Maker Off Hook For Az. Firefighter's Brain Injury

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 7:19 PM EST) -- An Arizona jury found last week that seat belt manufacturer Indiana Mills & Manufacturing Inc. is not liable for a traumatic brain injury suffered by a Phoenix firefighter, who alleged the company's buckle failed during a crash.
