Greenberg Traurig Fraud Suit Must Stay In Federal Court

Law360, New York (March 6, 2014, 6:58 PM EST) -- A case alleging Greenberg Traurig helped a woman's late husband hide his business assets in the course of their divorce proceedings must remain in Texas federal court after a federal judge on Wednesday refused to send the case back to state court.
