Class Fights J&J's Bid To Toss 'Natural' Sunscreen Suit

Law360, New York (March 7, 2014, 1:22 PM EST) -- Plaintiffs railed against Johnson & Johnson's bid to dodge a proposed class action alleging some of its sunscreen products aren't "naturally sourced" as advertised, arguing Thursday that reasonable consumers would likely be fooled by the claims.
