Sierra Club Suit Over Texas Radioactive Waste Site Dumped

Law360, Houston (March 10, 2014, 9:22 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court said Friday that the Sierra Club cannot challenge a letter state regulators sent allowing a waste management business to begin disposing of low-level radioactive material, ending the environmental group’s latest challenge over the company’s permit.
