Accenture Urges High Court To Nix $44.4M Welligox Verdict

Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 2:07 PM EDT) -- Accenture LLP has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to review a Fifth Circuit decision upholding a $44.4 million verdict against the consulting company for allegedly stealing software maker Wellogix Inc.'s trade secrets, saying the case relied on flawed testimony.
