Law360, New York (March 10, 2014, 7:33 PM EDT) -- In a petition delayed pending a full Ninth Circuit rehearing, Teva Pharmaceuticals Inc. has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to consider whether suits can be removed to federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act if the plaintiffs want to coordinate them before one judge but have not asked for a joint trial.
