Cruise Ship Workers’ Wage Row Rebuffed By High Court

Law360, Washington (March 10, 2014, 2:46 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused to take up six cruise ship employees' quest for penalty damages from NCL (Bahamas) Ltd. for cutting into their wages by overburdening them with work so they had to pay others to complete their tasks.
