Judge Says $1.7M Wage-Hour Settlement Doesn't Cut It

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 10:28 PM EDT) -- A federal court in Missouri refused last week to sign off on a $1.7 million proposed settlement in a wage class action brought by a group of tank installers who alleged USA Tank Sales and Erection Co. Inc. denied them overtime.
