Senate Confirms Raskin For Deputy Treasury Secretary

Law360, Washington (March 12, 2014, 4:10 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Senate on Wednesday confirmed Federal Reserve Board member and noted proponent of tougher banking regulation Sarah Bloom Raskin as deputy secretary of the U.S. Department of the Treasury, making her the most senior woman ever at the agency.
