ATA Reemergence Plan OK’d By Judge

Law360, New York (January 31, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- A bankruptcy court has approved the reorganization plan of struggling airline ATA, clearing the way for the carrier to emerge from bankruptcy at the end of February.

ATA praised its employees and creditors for aiding in achieving a relatively speedy reemergence.
