EEOC Hits Albertson's With Retaliation Class Action

Law360, New York (April 1, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Oppurtunity Commission has filed a proposed class action against grocery store chain Albertson’s LLC, claiming the company engaged in a pattern of retaliatory behavior against a group of primarily minority employees.
