Bankrupt IBahn Gets Nod For $13M Sale To Guest-Tek

Law360, Wilmington (March 11, 2014, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave hotel Internet provider iBahn Corp. the green light to sell its assets to Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd., a $13 million deal that sees the Utah-based debtor acquired by a Canadian competitor.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Peter J. Walsh blessed the sale at a hearing in Wilmington, after iBahn spent much of the day resolving the sole remaining objection to the deal.
