NJ Pinelands Atty Breached Ethics, Pipeline Foe Claims

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 6:25 PM EDT) -- An opponent of a $90 million natural gas pipeline proposed through New Jersey's Pinelands region has lodged an ethics grievance against an attorney for the agency in charge of that protected area, claiming she misled a commissioner into recusing himself from a vote on the project.
