Fed. Circ. OKs Commerce Shipper Rules In Furniture Dispute

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 5:21 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Tuesday affirmed the legality of the U.S. Department of Commerce's requirement for complete and accurate importing data when considering whether to initiate a new shipper review, denying a Chinese furniture company's attempt to revive its failed review bid.

In a unanimous, precedential opinion, the panel rejected arguments from Marvin Furniture (Shanghai) Co.
