Mt. Gox CEO Slapped With US Assets Freeze

Law360, Chicago (March 11, 2014, 4:19 PM EDT) -- An Illinois federal judge on Tuesday ordered a temporary freeze on any U.S. assets held by the CEO of bankrupt bitcoin exchange Mt. Gox, handing a victory to customers in a class action alleging the executive was behind a scheme to defraud them and hide the fact that their bitcoins had been stolen.
