Edison Mission Judge Confirms Reorganization Plan

Law360, New York (March 11, 2014, 5:39 PM EDT) -- Edison Mission Energy on Tuesday received bankruptcy court approval of its reorganization plan, allowing it to sell its assets to NRG Energy Inc., exit bankruptcy free of liabilities and implement a settlement that will bring in $200 million to its parent Edison International.
