Pa. Court Revives Libel Suit Against Scranton Paper

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 1:50 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday resurrected a libel suit against a Scranton newspaper in which a local business owner accused the paper of mistakenly reporting he was subject to a federal investigation.

The three-judge appeals panel said the trial court that threw out the case had erred in its finding that Thomas A.
