Pa. Court OKs $5M Atty Fee Split In Partnership Row

Law360, Philadelphia (March 12, 2014, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Claims that attorney D. Keith Melenyzer failed to disclose fees he generated as a partner at defunct firm Melenyzer & Tershel do not bar him from maintaining a portion of $5 million in fees set aside from a defective automobile case, the Pennsylvania Superior Court ruled on Tuesday.
