Law360, Miami (March 12, 2014, 3:54 PM EDT) -- The mother of a deceased child in a long-running dispute with Ford Motor Co. over a sport utility vehicle rollover cannot deny former counsel a fee award just because subsequent counsel had to “fight long and hard” to get the case settled, a Florida appeals court ruled Wednesday.
