Icahn Lambasts EBay In Letter To Stockholders

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 5:54 PM EDT) -- Carl Icahn responded on Wednesday to San Jose, Calif.-based eBay Inc.'s Monday rejection of his two board nominees with an open letter in which he lambasted the company for not being accountable for its actions and reiterated that PayPal Inc. should be spun off.
