Tribe's Enviro Suit Over Hydroelectric Dam Gets Quashed

Law360, New York (March 12, 2014, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Federal Claims on Tuesday signed off on the federal government's bid to dismiss the Skokomish Indian Tribe's lawsuit seeking damages deriving from a hydroelectric project built upstream of their reservation, citing lack of jurisdiction.
