Dairy Cos. Want Pricing Suit Stayed During High Court Bid

Law360, Los Angeles (March 12, 2014, 4:32 PM EDT) -- A group of dairy sellers asked the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday for a stay of a putative class action accusing it of fixing the prices of milk, entreating the appellate court to hold off on the suit until the U.S. Supreme Court has decided whether it will hear its petition.
